Afternoon (2–4 PM): Guests arriving on Thursday will check into the villa, unpack, and get comfortable.

October 17 - Arrival & Welcome Day

Morning–Afternoon: Guests will continue to arrive. Those who get in early can enjoy some downtime at the villa, taking advantage of the pool, snacks, and perhaps a nap.

Afternoon (3–5 PM): All guests will check in,

unpack, and get settled into the villa.

Welcome Moment 🎉 at the villa:
Enjoy welcome drinks 🍹
Receive gift bags and themed goodies 🎁
Join in a toast to kick off the 40th weekend celebration

7:00 PM: Depart from the villa for dinner.
9:20 PM: Gather for a group dinner at
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ @ Disney Springs.

After Dinner: Guests can either take a stroll around Disney Springs or return to the villa to rest up for the upcoming park day.
SATURDAY
October 18 - Disney Parks Day

6:30–7 AM – Quick breakfast at villa,

Leave early for Magic Kingdom.

7:30 AM – Arrive Magic Kingdom for rope drop.

Group & Indivisual Castle Pictures

Morning (7:30–10:30 AM) – Priority rides:

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure - Pirates of the Caribbean - Haunted Mansion

(Optional bonus: Jungle Cruise, Space Mountain if time allows)

10:30 – 11:00 AM – Drive to EPCOT.

11:00 AM – 4:00 PM – EPCOT fun:

Food & Wine Festival booths

(snack + sip “Around the World”) 🍷

Optional headliner rides (Guardians, Soarin’, Test Track, Frozen).

Group & Indivisual photos at Spaceship Earth + World Showcase.

Saturday, October 18 — Park Day

4:00 PM onward – Freestyle:

Return to Magic Kingdom for fireworks at the castle

Stay at EPCOT for more Food & Wine + fireworks

OR hop to Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios if the group is feeling adventurous
-
Evening – Dinner/snacks wherever the group lands.
-
8:00 PM – Catch fireworks/show in whichever park you’re in.

After show ( 9:30–10 PM ) – Return to villa.
SUNDAY
October 19 - Departure Day

Morning – Light breakfast, pack, and prepare for villa checkout (~10–11 AM).
